Nurses at mid-level will get R23,310 up from R21,000 marking an 11% increase. Admin officers will see their pay go up by 7%. Engineers and deputy directors will receive between 9% and 10% more money. The overtime pay will now be calculated using these new salaries. This ensures fair payment for everyone who works extra hours. All related allowances will also follow the new payment structure.
