Dear Media Colleagues,
We would like to inform you that at approximately 05:40 this morning, our emergency services responded to an incident involving three freight trucks that caught fire on the N2 at Canefields, situated between eNseleni and eMpangeni.
Fortunately, all drivers were able to escape unharmed.
The South African Police Service (SAPS) is currently handling the situation.
We kindly request all road users to exercise caution and drive safely, considering the unfavorable weather conditions.
